Job Summary The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing recruitment operations for assigned accounts or portfolios. The role ensures the timely delivery of qualified candidates, achievement of hiring targets, and effective performance of the recruitment team. Hiring targets are met or missed on the strength of the recruitment team behind them. In this role, you lead that team — setting the sourcing strategy, coaching recruiters, unblocking pipelines, and answering to clients for delivery. This role suits a recruiter who has already carried a team and a target, and who is at ease in high-volume, fast-moving hiring. At least 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in outsourcing, RPO, BPO, staffing, or high-volume recruitment. At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and recruitment KPIs. Knowledge of sourcing, screening, and interviewing best practices. Proficient in ATS/recruitment platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Proactive, results-oriented, and willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when required.
