HR Recruitment Staff
JG Superstore is one of the Philippines’ leading retailers of cameras, photography, videography, audio, and consumer technology products. We are looking for a HR Recruitment Staff to join our growing HR Team and support our end-to-end recruitment activities. Job Responsibilities Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants and hiring managers. Manage candidate records, recruitment trackers, and applicant databases. Prepare and send interview invitations, follow-ups, and other recruitment-related communications. Assist in job posting, manpower sourcing, and recruitment campaigns. Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities. Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment Team. Perform other recruitment and HR-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field . With experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support is an advantage. Familiarity with job portals, social media recruitment, and applicant sourcing. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word . Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
