You will work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and maintain recruitment metrics and candidate records. Key responsibilities Find active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit Collaborate with hiring managers to write and update clear job postings Schedule interviews, organize logistics, and brief hiring panels Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and handle onboarding Maintain candidate records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor KPIs like time-to-fill About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field 1 to 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities Familiarity with ATS software and social recruiting platforms Solid understanding of labor laws Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month Benefits: On-site parking Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
