At least 1-3 years of work experience in recruitment with a track record of employee placement. With experience in end to end recruitment process. Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates. Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates managers and/ or clients. Proficient writing skills to produce reports on hiring analysis. In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and use of different platforms to attract candidates.
