Perform fieldwork Onboarding new hires and assisting with orientation Processing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee records Maintain all employment and/or application records and provide clerical assistance to the Human Resources Head Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department. Perform other HR functions as assigned and needed Assist in planning and facilitating staff development training, meetings and the likes Qualifications: To qualify for this position, you should have: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications, or any related course. Goal and result oriented mindset Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Creativity for networking and recruitment branding purposes Analytical and solving problem skills; solution-based approach; be keen on details. Proficiency in MS Offices especially in MS Excel (pivots, macros, graphs, etc.). Available for full-time post and office (onsite) reporting.
