Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media platforms, industry networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and shortlist qualified candidates for further assessment. Prepare detailed candidate profiles and present shortlisted candidates to manager for their review and feedback. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively adjust recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates for future employment opportunities. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, preferably within the security industry. Strong knowledge of security industry job roles, qualifications, and regulations is highly desirable. Familiarity with various recruitment techniques and sourcing channels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
