HR & Recruitment Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment for our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats — from sourcing candidates to handling employee engagement and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers - Manage the offer process, negotiation, and onboarding of new hires - Maintain and update the candidate database/ATS HR Operations - Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation for new employees - Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking - Assist with payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) - Support performance appraisal processes - Handle employee grievances and support a positive work culture - Organize employee engagement activities and events - Ensure HR policies are implemented and updated as needed Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field - 5+ years of experience in HR and/or recruitment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools and MS Office - Ability to multitask and manage confidential information Preferred who are available in Qatar.
