This role is ideal for candidates with initial experience in IT hiring who are eager to build a career in recruitment and HR. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for technical roles while supporting basic HR operations. Local Mumbai Applicants Preferred Immediate Joiners Preferred Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (Primary Focus): Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (screening to offer stage) Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures Understand technical job requirements (iOS, Android, Flutter, PHP, etc.) HR Operations (Secondary): Assist in onboarding and documentation of new joiners Maintain employee records and HR databases Support employee lifecycle processes (joining to exit formalities) Assist in preparing offer letters and other HR documents Required Skills & Qualifications Any graduate (HR or related field preferred) 6 months – 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT hiring preferred) Basic understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Preferred Skills Exposure to handling multiple IT requirements simultaneously Strong sourcing and screening skills Good coordination and follow-up abilities Why Join Big Rattle Technologies?
