HR Recruitment Associate
Location: Malolos, Bulacan (Near Robinson’s Malolos) Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Setup First 3 months: Onsite training After training: Hybrid | 3 days onsite + 2 days WFH We’re looking for an HR Recruitment Associate who will work closely with both clients and candidates. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build their HR career and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, client management, and account management. Responsibilities: Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions. Communicate with clients and candidates and address their concerns. Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships. Coordinate with clients regarding changes in their hiring requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are properly handled. Coordinate with Finance regarding billing and invoices. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions. Assess candidates and coordinate with hiring managers. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies. Stay updated on hiring trends and the job market. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to handle confidential information professionally. Good time management and organizational skills. Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills. Flexible and adaptable to different client needs and work situations.
