Duties and Responsibilities: Anticipate, analyze, and recommend future skill requirement based on job market trend, labor supply and demand to seek the most qualified job seekers in the external market place and career minded internal candidates. Design, develop, recommend, and implement process of evaluation for selecting the best talent to match the organizational requirements and applicants expectation. Develops, recommends, and implements induction system and program to ensure that all necessary information and tools needed to be successful on the job is provided. Communicates guidelines, policy, and procedure to ensure compliance to recruitment process. Coach and guide leaders on how to attract and convince applicants/candidates to join the company/team. Identifies, recommends, coordinate, and manage 3rd party manpower service providers which may include but not limited to executive search agencies, contractual manpower agencies, testing agencies, and more. Responsibilities may include yearly audit, evaluation and accreditation. Manage and organize all records and database of recruitment for reference, research, and report purposes. This may include but not limited to archiving, developing templates and submission of reports. Job Specification: Graduate of any 4 year course preferably BS/BA Psychology. Preferably 6 months to 1 year. Interviewing Onboarding Analytical Working Conditions: Willing to be assigned in Mall of Asia Pasay Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
