HR Recruitment Assistant
Recruitment and Selection · Draft, review, and post job descriptions across relevant platforms · Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, agencies, and direct outreach · Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person) · Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and panels · Design and administer assessments, tests, or case studies when required · Ensure a fair, inclusive, and bias-aware recruitment process · Maintain accurate candidate records · Manage candidate communications and deliver a positive candidate experience Pre-Onboarding · Prepare employment offers in alignment with compensation · Conduct reference and background checks where applicable · Negotiate offers within approved guidelines · Coordinate contract preparation and offer acceptance · Manage pre-onboarding activities (documentation, system access, welcome materials) Employee Onboarding · Plan and coordinate onboarding programs · Facilitate new hire orientation sessions · Ensure completion of employment documentation and compliance requirements · Coordinate with IT, payroll, and managers to ensure smooth onboarding · Act as the primary HR point of contact for new employees during probation · Track onboarding progress and collect feedback for improvement Employee Lifecycle and HR Support · Support employees and managers throughout the employment lifecycle · Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems · Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices · Support performance management cycles (probation reviews, annual appraisals) · Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications · Handle basic employee relations matters and escalate complex cases as needed Learning and Development Support · Identify training needs in collaboration with managers · Coordinate internal and external training programs · Track training participation and development plans · Support career progression and succession planning initiatives Offboarding and Exit Management · Coordinate employee exits (resignations, terminations, end of contracts) · Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends · Ensure completion of clearance processes and final documentation · Coordinate final payroll, benefits, and system access removal · Provide insights and recommendations based on exit data HR Reporting and Continuous Improvement · Prepare regular recruitment and HR reports for management · Track KPIs related to hiring, retention, and turnover · Identify process gaps and recommend improvements · Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned CDO Operations · Monitor biometric logs as basis of attendance and payroll · Check daily attendance record and reconcile/adjust as needed ensuring adjustment is applied to the next cut off period · Coordinate with CDO HR team and manpower agency on all matters concerning attendance, pre-employment, onboarding and offboarding, ensuring alignment with IOTC standards and practice JOB SPECIFICATION EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT · Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or equivalent EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS · Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or HR generalist roles · Basic knowledge of labor laws SKILLS REQUIREMENTS · Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Strong interpersonal skills · Highly effective interviewing skills and assessment ability · High level of confidentiality and professionalism · Organizational skills · Ability to manage various stakeholders · Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Company events Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Ability to commute/relocate: Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
