Location: Weatherwell Industrial Estate, Clondalkin Role Type : On Site, Full time Capacity Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Reports To : Human Resources Manager Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon to Thurs: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Friday early finish: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm) Salary: €38000 - €42000 Depending on prior experience Davenham Switchgear, a Legrand group company are looking for a proactive, courteus and professional and organised HR & Recruitment Admin to join our team in an onsite office setting in our electrical manufacturing business. As part of a HR Team of 5, you'll help in supporting our 400+ employees in Dublin, championing our people operations and driving our HR and recruitment functions. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Post job ads and manage recruitment channels. Conduct initial phone screenings and shortlist candidates for hiring managers. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Perform reference checks and gather qualifications. Maintain candidate records and update recruitment metrics. HR Administration & Employee Engagement: Manage employee queries through inboxes in a timely manner. Act as the HRIS main admin, managing system updates and data accuracy. Oversee the employee lifecycle, including offers, onboarding, induction, check-ins, probation, protected leave types and exit processes. Ensure policy documents are up-to-date and accessible. Maintain and organise employee records. Draft and distribute HR-related documents. Support HR projects to enhance processes and employee experience. HR Reporting & People Analytics: Produce monthly HR dashboards and reports. Track key HR data points like turnover rates and recruitment performance. Provide insights for decision-making and continuous improvement. Key Skills & Experience Required: Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law. Experience in HR administration or recruitment coordination. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Experience with HRIS platforms and managing HR data. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Analytical mindset with experience in HR reporting and data analysis. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Advantageous Experience: High-volume recruitment processes.
