The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience , excellent communication skills, strong candidate-handling abilities, and the ability to consistently achieve hiring targets. Key Responsibilities - Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels. - Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets . - Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies. - Maintain regular communication with candidates and the recruitment team. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring . - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good candidate sourcing and follow-up skills. - Ability to work independently from home. - Comfortable working in a target-driven environment . - Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented. - Own laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection required. Salary & Performance Terms Earning Potential: Up to ₹15,000/month 100% Work From Home Target-Based Role Performance-linked growth opportunities Important: This is a target-driven recruitment position , and compensation is linked to achievement of the assigned recruitment targets. Candidates are expected to consistently meet the agreed hiring targets to qualify for the applicable monthly compensation. Consistent non-achievement of targets may affect the compensation payable for that period. This role is best suited for recruiters who are confident in sourcing candidates, managing follow-ups, and delivering results independently.
