Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, and hiring drives . Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports. Coordinate the joining and onboarding process of selected candidates. Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills. Knowledge of retail/store-level recruitment is preferred. Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
