HR Recruiter – Real Estate (Off-Plan, Secondary & Agent Network) | Dubai JR Real Estate LLC | 3–4 Years Experience Know the Dubai real estate agent scene inside out? We want to talk to you. JR Real Estate LLC is hiring an HR Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for our real estate vertical — Off-Plan Agents, Secondary Market Agents, Telecallers, and Team Leaders. This isn't generic recruitment — you'll need a real network, real market instinct, and the ability to headhunt top closers away from competitor brokerages. What you'll do: Manage full-cycle recruitment for Off-Plan, Secondary Market, Telecaller & Team Leader roles Headhunt active, high-performing agents in the market — not just inbound applicants Build relationships across brokerages for a continuous talent pipeline Market-map competitor brokerages to track top closers and rising talent Manage the full HR cycle: onboarding, visa coordination, documentation, records, performance tracking, exits Drive employer branding to position JR Real Estate as the destination for top agents Build referral programs leveraging existing agent networks What you bring: 3–4 years of HR/recruitment experience specifically in real estate An active, credible network of UAE real estate agents Solid grasp of off-plan and secondary market sales structures Comfort with Bayt, LinkedIn Recruiter, NaukriGulf, GulfTalent, or similar HRMS tools Sharp instinct for sales talent and cultural fit — beyond the CV Multinational work experience preferred A polished, professional presence If you've got rapport with known names in Dubai's agent community and thrive in a target-driven environment, we want to hear from you.
