Key Responsibilities: Source, interview, evaluate, and hire experienced property consultants and real estate agents. Recruiting of French nationality agents. Create and post hiring/recruitment videos on social media KPI Setting & Performance Management Manage Onboarding process Manage Exit process Requirements: Proven experience in recruiting real estate agents Atleast 2 years experience in real estate Excellent communication & people-management skills Presentable and professional Confident and comfortable creating, presenting, and appearing in recruitment videos for social media Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
