Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment. - Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and consultants. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. - Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding documentation. - Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements. - Ensure compliance with HR policies and recruitment best practices. Skills & Competencies: - Strong sourcing and interviewing skills - Understanding of real estate roles and hiring cycles - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Ability to meet tight hiring deadlines - Proficiency in job portals and ATS tools Qualification & Experience: - Graduate/Post-graduate in HR or related field - 1–4 years of recruitment experience (real estate preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
