Executive Recruiter Location: TRX, Kuala Lumpur Experience: 4-5 Years Employment Type: Contract We are looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on technology talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in sourcing and hiring technical professionals, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to effectively manage both hiring manager and candidate expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from candidate sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding. Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and executive search. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Effectively manage expectations and communication between hiring managers and candidates. Provide market insights and recruitment updates to stakeholders. Prioritise and manage multiple vacancies while ensuring timely delivery against hiring requirements. Requirements Minimum 4 years of end-to-end technology recruitment experience . Proven experience in recruiting for Microsoft-related technologies is highly preferred. Strong experience in executive search , particularly within niche or specialised talent markets, will also be considered. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong ability to engage and manage expectations of both candidates and hiring managers. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is an added advantage. Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Application Question(s): Are you proficient in Mandarin?
