HR Recruiter Internship
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and closing suitable candidates for various positions. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct 5–10 candidate interviews daily . Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and the concerned team. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data. Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview status and selection. Coordinate with the HR/Management team for final selection and joining formalities. Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements. Complete daily recruitment reports and provide updates on interview and closure status. Handle candidate queries professionally and ensure a positive candidate experience. Daily Recruitment Targets Minimum 5–10 interviews per day Minimum 1 closure per day Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. Regular follow-up with shortlisted candidates until joining. Daily reporting of sourcing, interviews, selections, and closures. Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month Application Question(s): The Stipend range will be in between 5k to 8k based on the Interviews so are you comfortable with that ? Are you an immediate joiner ?
