Draft and publish job adverts and role descriptions on job boards and company channels. Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial telephonic rounds and shortlist candidates. Schedule interviews and manage follow-ups with candidates. Maintain and update recruitment trackers. Assist with offer letters, and basic onboarding tasks. Support HR administrative duties and employee engagement activities as required. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
