This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to gain practical experience in HR and recruitment. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Contact candidates and explain job opportunities. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates. Follow up with applicants regarding interview status. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Assist in posting job openings on recruitment platforms. Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities. Requirements Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or a related field. Freshers are welcome to apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Good coordination and follow-up skills. Willingness to learn and work in a team.
