What you’ll do - Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and referrals. - Conduct initial candidate screening calls. - Coordinate interviews and follow-ups. - Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. - Support joining formalities and other HR activities. What we’re looking for - Final-year student or fresh pass outs interested in HR. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Confident speaking to candidates. - Organised, proactive and good at follow-ups. - Basic MS Office/Google Workspace skills. - Immediate joiner preferred. Key Success Measures Success in this role will primarily be measured by the quality and relevance of candidates sourced, speed of shortlisting, consistency of candidate follow-ups and successful interview-to-joining conversions. This role is ideal for someone who wants practical, hands-on exposure to recruitment and an opportunity to learn how the hiring process works from sourcing to onboarding.
