Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates. Manage onboarding and employee documentation. Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records. Handle employee queries, grievances, and HR-related concerns. Support performance management and employee engagement activities. Coordinate payroll inputs. Ensure implementation of company HR policies and processes. Support statutory compliance and HR documentation. Coordinate with Team Leads and management for manpower requirements. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records. For the HR Manager role, independently manage HR operations and guide the HR team. Requirements Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience for HR Recruiter position. Min 3 years of experience for HR Manager position. Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation. Experience in BPO/customer service operations will be an advantage. Ready to work in rotational shifts.
