HR Recruiter – Full-Time / Part-Time
Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment experience and be capable of independently managing the complete recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to joining. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions. Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels. Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews. Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and Department Heads. Prepare and publish job advertisements. Conduct reference and document checks when required. Follow up with selected candidates until joining. Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker. Support bulk hiring and walk-in recruitment campaigns when required. Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future vacancies. Provide regular recruitment status updates to management. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience. Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening techniques. Hands-on experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously. Target-oriented and able to work independently.
