Job Description – HR Recruiter | FreshersPosition: HR Recruiter – Fresher Location: Thane – Wagle Estate, Maharashtra Experience: Freshers Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: General Shift Industry: Recruitment / Staffing & Consulting About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as HR Recruiters . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in building a career in Recruitment & Human Resources . Candidates residing in or around Wagle Estate, Thane, Mulund, Vartak Nagar, Naupada, Wagle Estate, Kalwa, Majiwada and nearby areas will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit and other recruitment platforms . Screen candidates based on skills, experience and job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic screening and explain job opportunities to candidates. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Ensure timely closure of assigned positions. Build and maintain a strong candidate network. Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets. Skills Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities. Good listening and presentation skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel. Good follow-up and coordination skills. Interest in pursuing a career in HR / Recruitment . Candidate Profile Freshers are welcome. Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA, B.Sc, or any relevant discipline . Candidates with good communication skills will be given preference. Hyperlocal candidates preferred due to the work location. Candidates who are comfortable with calling and interacting with multiple candidates daily .
