Source Talent: Proactively find active and passive candidates using job boards, networking, and employee referrals. Partner with Managers: Meet with department heads to understand job requirements, team goals, and hiring timelines. Promote Employer Brand: Help market the company as a great place to work through career events, social media, and positive candidate experiences. Track Metrics: Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and report on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and recruitment data 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources. Communication: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to talk with job seekers and internal leaders. Organization: Ability to prioritize multiple job openings and manage a fast-paced workload. Knowledge: Familiarity with local labor laws, hiring practices, and recruitment technology/databases 5days work week Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
