Bilingual Recruiter responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to candidates, communicating with applicants in both languages, interviewing and/or assessing candidates to ensure a good fit, and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in all parts of the job-placement process and support hiring managers Responsibilities include: Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR Team to determine staffing needs Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc Screen and select candidate's resumes for consideration Respond to inquiries from applicants via e-mail, or telephone Employment verifications Perform background and drug tests for candidates New Hire Orientations/Onboarding Through a "Make it happen" mindset, ensuring staffing needs are met daily Daily attendance tracking Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors Be the point of contact for all your employees to handle any issues that may arise Bilingual Span/Eng Ability to work with little to no supervision MUST be a team player and work well with others Attention to detail Recruiting (1 years) Human Resources (less than 1 year) Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages Effective organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Kronos is a plus Ability to multi-task Must be comfortable working in an office onsite in a warehouse environment MUST be a team player and work well with othe Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule Monday - Friday - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 9900 Brookford St Charlotte NC 28274
