The ideal candidate should be interested in recruitment, have good communication skills, and be willing to learn and work in a fast-paced hiring environment. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and technical positions Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other channels Use basic Boolean search techniques to identify relevant candidates Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, notice period, and other requirements Conduct initial HR screening and assess communication and suitability for the role Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process Maintain candidate information, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports Support offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements Requirements 0–2 years of experience in HR recruitment, IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field Freshers with a strong interest in IT recruitment may also apply Basic understanding of IT/technical roles and skills preferred Good verbal and written communication skills Strong sourcing, follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills Ability to work with targets and manage multiple requirements Proactive, organized, and willing to learn Comfortable working in an onsite, 6-day work week environment Education MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred Graduates in HR, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or other relevant fields may also apply Role details Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 0–2 Years Schedule: 6 Days/Week (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off) Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Why Join XCEL Corp?
