In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, record management, and HR operations. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to launch a career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities - Recruitment Support: Screen resumes, schedule candidate interviews, and coordinate recruitment logistics. - Onboarding & Operations: Assist with new hire orientation, employee welcome kits, and document collection. - HR Administration: Maintain and update employee databases and digital personnel files. - Employee Engagement: Help organize team-building events, employee recognition initiatives, and wellness programs. - HR Projects: Assist with general HR inquiries and special projects as needed. Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HR tools or ATS is a plus. - High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
