Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other channels. Handle initial candidate calls, interview coordination, and follow-ups. Manage recruitment for Sales and Real Estate positions. Coordinate offer and joining formalities. Assist with employee documentation and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR trackers. Support payroll-related activities and attendance coordination. Assist the HR team with daily HR operations and employee queries. Requirements:** 0–1 year of HR/recruitment experience; **freshers can apply**. Any Graduate; MBA-HR preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes. Good coordination and follow-up skills.
