The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring. Key Responsibilities Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews. Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate database/ATS. Manage the recruitment pipeline and provide regular hiring updates. Negotiate offers and assist with the joining process. Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future requirements. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
