This internship offers hands-on experience in hiring and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Post job openings on job boards & social media. Source, screen, and coordinate interviews. Conduct initial phone screenings. Assist in onboarding & HR documentation. Maintain candidate relationships for a smooth hiring process.
