The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. - Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts. - Ensure timely closure of open positions. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. - Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. - Assist in onboarding activities and joining formalities. - Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. - 0-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Job Hai, and WorkIndia. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment software/ATS. - Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Preferred Skills - Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes. - Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is an advantage. - Strong networking and sourcing skills. - Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
