# HR Recruiter **Sivora Consultancy** · Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 15 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Experience: 2–4 Years Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO/Call Center positions. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels. - Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. - Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews. - Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Achieve hiring targets and ensure timely closure of positions. - Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements. - Support onboarding and joining formalities. - Prepare and maintain recruitment reports. Requirements - 2–4 years of experience in HR/Recruitment. - BPO/Call Center recruitment experience is required. - Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment. - Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing channels. - Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously. Compensation & Perks - Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month - Annual Bonus - PF - Sunday fixed off + alternate Saturday off - Professional work environment - Growth opportunities within the HR function Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: - Provident Fund Work Location: In person
