# HR Recruiter **Shivkan Business Services** · Bachupally, Hyderabad, Telangana · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 21 день назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Non-IT Recruiter – Job Description Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter Location: Hyderabad Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: As per experience and skills Job Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions . - Understand job requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles. - Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media . - Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. - Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process. - Negotiate salary and discuss joining dates with selected candidates. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Ensure timely closure of open positions. - Coordinate documentation and joining formalities. - Maintain regular recruitment MIS and reports. Positions to Recruit: - Sales & Marketing - HR & Administration - Accounts & Finance - Customer Support - Operations - Supervisors & Managers - Front Office / Reception - Skilled & Semi-skilled workforce Required Skills: - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills. - Knowledge of Naukri and other job portals . - Good negotiation and follow-up skills. - Ability to understand different job descriptions. - Good MS Excel and reporting skills. - Target-oriented and good time management. - Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
