HR Recruiter
Job Title: HR Recruiter Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Purpose We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization in attracting and hiring qualified talent across technical, engineering, corporate, and operational functions. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment databases, referrals, and other channels . Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates against job requirements. Coordinate technical and management interviews with hiring managers. Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future manpower requirements. Prepare and publish accurate Job Descriptions and job advertisements . Conduct reference/background checks and coordinate pre-employment requirements. Prepare offer documentation and ensure timely candidate follow-up until joining. Maintain accurate recruitment records & trackers. Support recruitment reporting and monitor key Talent Acquisition KPIs such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio. Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable UAE employment regulations . Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources , Business Administration, or a related field . 2–5 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience , preferably within UAE. Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or corporate positions . Good knowledge of UAE recruitment practices and employment processes. Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work effectively under tight deadlines. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: HR: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
