Handle Sales Hiring , with preference for candidates who have hired for the Healthcare Industry . Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networking, and direct outreach. Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Drive offers, follow-ups, and candidate closures through Day 1 joining . Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Work closely with business teams to understand hiring requirements. Take ownership of hiring targets, TAT, and closures . Requirements 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition . Experience in Sales Hiring preferred; healthcare industry experience is an added advantage. Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong ownership and result-oriented approach. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
