Job Scope for HR Recruiters* Key Responsibilities: * *Talent Acquisition*: Identify and attract top talent through strategic sourcing, job postings, social media, job fairs, and innovative recruitment. *Candidate Screening*: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications. *Collaboration*: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular recruitment updates. *Onboarding and Hiring*: Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience. *Administrative Tasks*: Maintain accurate applicant tracking systems and databases. *Employer Branding*: Represent the company as a brand ambassador, fostering positive candidate relationships and promoting our employer brand.
