HR Recruiter
HR RECRUITER One Call Solutions is looking for a driven and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team! As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, hiring, and onboarding support. You’ll work closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs, build effective recruitment strategies, and deliver an excellent candidate experience . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sourcing & Talent Acquisition Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions Candidate Screening & Interviewing Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening Conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews Assess candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and role fit Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers Hiring Manager Collaboration Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements Coordinate interviews and recruitment timelines Provide recruitment updates and recommendations Job & Recruitment Management Create and manage job postings across various recruitment platforms Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously Onboarding Support Assist with pre-employment requirements and new-hire documentation Coordinate closely with HR and Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process Help deliver a positive candidate-to-employee experience Recruitment Metrics & Reporting Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, hiring volume, sourcing effectiveness, and applicant conversion Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights to improve hiring strategies QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration , or a related field Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition BPO / Call Center recruitment experience is highly preferred Experience handling high-volume recruitment is a strong advantage Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and recruitment platforms Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate experience WHAT WE OFFER Competitive Compensation & Incentives Monthly Performance Incentives Company & Performance Incentives Health & Wellness Benefits HMO Coverage Medical Benefits Paid Leaves Government Benefits 13th Month Pay SSS PhilHealth Pag-IBIG Growth & Culture Career Growth & Promotion Opportunities Training & Development Programs Company Activities Employee Engagement Programs OFFICE LOCATIONS Main Office: Eastwood, Quezon City Temporary Reporting Office: Batasan Hills, Quezon City READY TO GROW YOUR RECRUITMENT CAREER?
