The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, campus recruitment, and supporting the end-to-end hiring process. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Coordinate with colleges and placement teams for campus hiring. Assist with placement drives and recruitment activities. Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements. Coordinate with hiring managers and provide recruitment updates. Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Freshers are welcome to apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Willingness to travel for recruitment activities when required. Prior recruitment or campus hiring experience is an advantage. Why Join Nissi?
