We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the company’s staffing needs. Qualifications Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field. With experience in recruitment or human resources is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to do field work and travel to different locations as needed. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
