Job Details Position: Recruiter Experience: 3–6 Years Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Joiners Only Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding. Understand and analyze job requirements in coordination with internal teams and clients. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, professional networks, referrals , and other recruitment channels. Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlist suitable profiles. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain and update the candidate database, recruitment tracker, and talent pipeline . Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support employer branding activities, recruitment drives, and hiring initiatives . Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field . 3–6 years of recruitment experience in an in-house or consultancy environment. Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine , etc. Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills . Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management. Willingness to work from our Jayanagar office, Bengaluru . Immediate joiners are preferred.
