HR Recruiter
Job Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for showroom and workshop staff. Source candidates through job portals, references, WhatsApp, and social media. Screen candidates and schedule interviews with the concerned managers. Coordinate the selection, offer, and joining process. Maintain daily recruitment and candidate tracking reports. Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements. Complete joining documentation and employee onboarding. Maintain employee records and recruitment MIS. Follow up with selected candidates until joining. Support HR activities related to attendance, employee engagement, and employee queries. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes. Good follow-up and coordination skills. Knowledge of MS Excel and job portals. Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities. Experience in automobile/2-wheeler dealership recruitment will be an advantage. Education Graduate in any discipline HR/MBA-HR preferred. Preferred Candidate Candidate should be energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable with high-volume recruitment and regular coordination with showroom and workshop teams.
