Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of recruitment processes and MS Office. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records. Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process. Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures. Support onboarding and joining formalities.
