HR Recruiter
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsing, and coordinating qualified candidates for the company’s assigned vacancies and client requirements. The role focuses on maintaining a strong and active applicant pool, meeting recruitment targets, ensuring timely candidate endorsements, and providing consistent follow-up throughout the recruitment process. The HR Recruiter is expected to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, conduct active sourcing, coordinate applicant interviews, maintain accurate recruitment records, and establish recruitment partnerships with schools, PESO offices, barangays, and other community-based organizations.
