Interested can share resume on 8689873784. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting organizational hiring goals. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Negotiate salary packages and extend offer letters to selected candidates. Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates. Support onboarding and employee induction activities. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of recruitment processes and employment practices.
