Position: HR Recruiter Experience: Freshers & Experienced Location: Navi Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels . Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Support offer rollout and joining formalities. Requirements: Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred . Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and candidate-handling skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment .
