A. Key Responsibilities: a. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, and other job portals. b. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. c. Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews. d. Handle candidate follow-ups and joining formalities. e. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. f. Coordinate with clients/hiring managers for recruitment requirements. g. Manage multiple positions and bulk hiring requirements when required. B. Requirements a. 1–6 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition. b. Good communication and interpersonal skills. c. Experience with job portals and candidate sourcing. d. Good negotiation and candidate-handling skills. e. Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet hiring targets. f. Candidates from Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing background will be preferred. C. Location: Dombivli East
