# HR Recruiter **Groowviatech Solutions private Limited** · Hyderabad, Telangana · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Roles and Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for entry-level and experienced positions. - Understand job requirements, job descriptions, and candidate eligibility criteria from clients. - Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms. - Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on qualifications, skills, experience, and salary expectations. - Contact candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to explain job opportunities. - Schedule interviews and coordinate interview timings with candidates and hiring managers. - Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance, feedback, selection status, and joining dates. - Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily recruitment reports using MS Excel.
