Screen resumes and job applications received from job portals and social networks to identify potential matches for client requirements. Conduct phone or in-person interviews with selected candidates to evaluate their suitability for specific client/company needs, which includes assessing skills, salary negotiations, and discussing job details and background information. Endorse, schedule, and follow up on candidate applications to ensure a smooth progression in the hiring process. Establish and maintain a comprehensive database and talent pool for all positions. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. Cultivate networks to identify qualified passive candidates. Harness the power of the internet for recruitment purposes. Qualifications: A college degree in Psychology or Human Resources or any business course. A minimum of 1 year of solid experience in recruitment. Residing in close proximity to Manila. Pay: Php19,630.00 - Php21,560.00 per month Work Location: In person
